Livable Packwood Pantry
The Livable Packwood Pantry is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Packwood Senior Center.
With generous support from the Packwood Senior Center and the Packwood Saturday Market, the Pantry provides not only sustenance, but dignity and high-quality, nutritious food to those in need. We follow a formal Nutrition Policy grounded in the Healthy Eating Research (HER) Guidelines, prioritizing whole, minimally processed foods that are lower in sodium, added sugar, and saturated fat, and responsive to the cultural and dietary needs of our community. You can review our full Livable Packwood Pantry Nutrition Policy here.
Whether you are facing temporary hardship or seeking support to thrive, we are here to help. If you require special assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us..
The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is our annual holiday outreach event providing seasonal assistance to cost-burdened households in East Lewis County.
Community Garden
Thanks to the generous support of the Lewis County PUD, we now have a community garden located at the Packwood Ballfield!
Volunteers who help tend to the garden will share in the harvest, and any surplus produce will be added to our Livable Packwood Pantry, ensuring that more residents have access to fresh, local food.
