Teresa Fenn
President
I spent nearly 20 years in the nuclear industry as a Project Engineer, specializing in hazardous and nuclear material transportation, with a focus on planning, budgeting, and organization. My family and I moved to Packwood full-time in 2017, where my son works for a local business and my grandson attends Morton High School. Growing up in Boulder, Colorado, I’ve witnessed the challenges of unplanned growth, making me particularly aware of Packwood's housing and community issues.

I'm am a Packwood native who began volunteering at age 10 and later contributed to the Packwood Safe Trails project as a teen. After college and serving with AmeriCorps, I worked with Habitat for Humanity, and upon returning from the East Coast, I became active in local organizations like the White Pass Community Scholarship Fund and Lewis County Hospital District #1. I currently work as support staff and a substitute teacher for the White Pass School District and am developing property near Randle to build my home.

Hanna Jeter
Secretary
Born and raised in Packwood, I worked at Mount Rainier for 15+ years and now work full-time with White Pass Ski Area and on a Wildland Fire team, which has allowed me to pursue snowboarding, mountain biking, and other outdoor adventures. Though I've lived elsewhere, Packwood has always been home. I want to see it remain the close-knit, rural community I've always cherished, where everyone can live, work, and play, no matter their economic situation.

My family moved from Olympia to Packwood in 2020, where we live in High Valley. I homeschool my three children, work part-time as a land planner, and own a long-term rental to support the community. I'm a member of the Community Advisory Committee for the Packwood Subarea Plan and co-founded Livable Packwood, where I've initiated programs like the Giving Tree, Livable Packwood Pantry, and Packwood Community Garden to support food, housing, and social services in our community.

Born and raised in Packwood, I’ve worked and lived in National Parks and national forests across the Western US. My love of nature and community brought me back home to raise my family. I founded the Packwood Farmers Market, and was a founding member of the Packwood preschool, and the Packwood Trail Project. I currently serve as a Planning Commissioner for Lewis County, coach youth sports, manage the Mountain Goat Coffee Co, and have a garden large enough to feed 5 families. My passion is to create a more livable Packwood, where anyone who desires this rural lifestyle can choose to live and thrive here too.
